Chef Henri AlcadeFFG’s talented 50-member chef staff is expert at preparing a wide array of global cuisines. Gourmet preparations range from Chinese to Middle Eastern, Italian to Thai, Japanese to Indian, French to Korean, Halal to American. FFG chefs—led by French-trained Corporate Executive Chef Henri Alcade– work collaboratively with FFG’s 70+ airline customers, and with retail partners including Starbucks. They lead Flying Food Group in producing innovative dishes that support and advance customer brands, while fully adhering to product specifications and cost considerations.

FFG’s culinary excellence is backed by proven expertise in packaging, controlled labeling and precision cold-chain management. The company boasts an impressive record of product-safe, on-time distribution. Protecting customer product at every step, FFG’s top Food Safety and Quality team, led by global food safety expert Dr. Paul Hall, has established industry-leading food safety and quality practices. In 2014, the Food Safety and Quality team worked closely with managers and employees to achieve global SQF certification at retail units throughout FFG.
