Executive Chef who oversees FFG chef staff and heads the Culinary Council. Prior to arriving in the United States, Chef Henri was schooled at Cite L’Universite de Paris. He then worked at numerous Four-Star restaurants throughout Paris and received additional training at Fauchon Fine Catering.
This award-winning culinary star oversees menus and cuisine for Flying Food Group’s airline customers and retail partners. Chef Henri has been with FFG for over two decades, and serves as Corporate Executive Chef and VP of Research & Development.
