Flying Food Group expert executive chefs and production staff work closely with airline customers to design and produce savory local dishes in many cuisines, including American, Chinese, French, German, Halal, Italian, Indian, Japanese, Korean, Malaysian, Thai and Turkish.

Airline Catering Nicolas RondeauNicolas Rondeau is Executive Vice President Airline Sales for Flying Food Group (FFG). The French native rejoined FFG in his current position in 2009. He has almost 25 years of experience in international airline sales, including having been VP of Sales for Servair, the Paris-based catering arm of Air France. He has held related positions in operations and sales in Europe, Africa, South America and the US.
